The essentials of working with Kemaga.
The service
Kemaga builds and manages websites and brand presence for businesses on a monthly plan. Each plan includes a defined number of change requests per calendar month and a defined turnaround time, as shown on the pricing page.
Billing and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically. You can cancel at the end of any billing month — there are no long-term contracts. Before your plan ends, Kemaga will walk you through handover and migration options.
Requests and approvals
One request is one focused update, such as changing text, replacing images, updating opening hours, or editing one page section. Client-visible changes are sent to you for approval before they go live.
